Ashley Quinton, Facilitator (Touch for health)
Ashley fell in love with the modality of muscle testing when a practitioner tested her for the first time. Touch for Health uses muscle testing to achieve wellness goals. Ashley loves helping others and is drawn to helping others with a whole-body approach. Ashley suffered with chronic illness for many years resulting in many issues in my body from urinary tract infections to major gastrointestinal pain and bloating. Ashley also lives with a rare blood clotting disorder where balance and support is key to dealing with symptoms. Ashley resides on an acreage just outside of Stony Plain with her husband and 2 kids. She has lots of animals on their little acreage and enjoys living out in the country.
What is Touch for Health: The body knows and is waiting to be heard! With this modality, muscles become "windows" into the body using muscle testing to detect various imbalances.
